Grow in Your Practice!
April 1, 2016
"Your Mind Is A Garden. Your Thoughts Are The Seeds. You Can Grow Flowers, Or You Can Grow Weeds." ~ Anonymous
Grow what you love! Happy Spring, lovelies. Charleston is abuzz this time of year, as we well know, with bees and festivals and just a palpable energy that happens every year when the weather warms. We are so lucky to live here. Even during the coldest of the cold days of winter are always just days away from warmth, and now its all here.
The new life of Spring has inspired us to change up a few classes on our weekly schedule, including a brand new class format offered on Fridays with Crystal. Our goal is to make it easy as can be for you to make time for your yoga. See you all soon!
Warmly,
Thomas
