Class Descriptions
A Note for Beginners: For those new to yoga and wanting a movement-oriented experience that works on strength, flexibility, balance, and breath control, we recommend the Water, Vin to Yin, Sun, or Heart classes. For those new to yoga who want a more relaxed, slow moving experience, try Air, Renew, or Yin classes.
